Solar Technication

Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels, inverters, and other components of solar power systems on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar power systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to complete installations and repairs on schedule.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in solar energy.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy-related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and grounding.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights.
