Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photographs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours for prospective buyers and renters.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, ensuring favourable terms for clients.
  • Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire transaction process, including preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring timely closing.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts, including developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Property Valuation: Assist clients in determining the current market value of properties by conducting thorough analyses and appraisals.
  • Investment Advisory: Provide clients with advice on property investments, highlighting potential returns and risks.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year Proven Sales & Brokerage Experience: Showcase your track record of success as a salesperson, highlighting your achievements in UAE - Mandatory
  • Language: English – Mandatory. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred): Possessing a valid UAE driving license will be advantageous in this role.
  • Independent and interpersonally adept: Combine the ability to work autonomously with outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering fruitful client relationships.
