Job Summary:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and innovative interior spaces. Your role includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring design integrity, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and excellence in design
- Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance professional development and network with peers.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
