Sales Analyst

 

  • Assist Sales operation manager on AOP, 3MRF, Monthly, weekly forecast & Innovations forecasts, etc.
  • Prepare and align with Finance, Control, Net revenue teams for the Monthly memo, D&A budget allocations & Tracking.
  • Assist admins in creating and uploading activity sheets on system.
  • Assist in Target split exercise & upload on system.
  • Update monthly promotion discounts on system.
  • Monitor incentive & commission calculation for Sales team.
  • Lead and train the admin team for Sales technology related process to ensure smooth and timely operation.
  • Guide CBS team to develop new reports, modify existing reports and ensure the accuracies.
  • Assist sales managers and sales operation manager in any Adhoc reports & analysis.
  • Assist NRM and sales operation manager in any New Pricing related tasks and upload new prices on system.

Skills

 

  • B.S. degree from an accredited university. Degree in business management or similar
  • 1-3 years of field experience across any channel (OT, DTS, SSV &/or WS)
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner.
  • Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Listens well and seeks input from others. Knows how to effectively communicate and sell his/her ideas at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Execute and operationalize a business strategy.
  • Strong Negotiation and Relationship building skills and ability to influence - Ability to influence at all levels and build relationship.
  • Persuasive Communication (Clear, fluent concise communication, gaining agreement and commitment)
