Production Support Team

Team introduction:

PSM Team is a 7/24 technical service team. It is one of the core teams of the company. It deals with technical issues related to customer complaints, involving DB, Java Code, servers and other technical aspects. We are committed to building a first-class technical service team and sincerely invite talented individuals with skills, technology and ambition to join us.


Job content:

1. Responsible for system operation and maintenance, including daily inspection, regular data backup and performance tuning

2. Handle daily monitoring, alarm detection, and the operation of server in the information system, and can quickly judge and solve actual network and system failures.

3. Analyze and resolve code bugs in business systems.

4. Responsible for writing database scripts

5. Develop and maintain internal projects within the team.


Skills

Qualifications:


1. Proficient in using the Linux operating system and able to use tools to track and diagnose programs.

2. Familiar with the installation, configuration, maintenance and tuning of application servers WebLogic and Tomcat.

3. Familiar with analyzing WebLogic application server performance indicators and identifying problem areas.

4. Experience in system/network security is preferred.

5. Familiar with Oracle/MySQL, SQL writing, SQL performance optimization, data backup and recovery, etc.

6. Familiar with Spring, SpringBoot framework, have a certain Java development foundation, and the ability to track and review Java code

7. Knowledgeable in the use of middleware such as kafka, Redis, MyBatis, etc.

8. Proficient in using IDEA or Eclipse, and understand open source tools such as Maven, SVN, Git, etc.

9. Possess good communication and language skills (Chinese and English)

10. Have more than 2 years of experience in system operation and maintenance or more than 1 year of Java software development experience
