We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of 10 real estate agents in the secondary market, with a focus on the JVC area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of real estate experience, with a preference for expertise in JVC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Foster an open communication culture and inspire team collaboration.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee developer and client relations.
- Work with agents on sales scripts and negotiation techniques.
- Handle client issues and coordinate with third parties.
- Supervise team activities, including lead management and viewings.
- Track sales figures and provide regular reports.
- Ensure the team has the necessary resources and training.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Identify business opportunities and expand networks within the industry.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to ensure agents receive 20-30 fresh leads per month.
- Earn commissions from all closed deals by the team.
