- Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, actively seeking feedback to continuously improve the culinary experience.

Qualifications:
- Open to European and South African nationalities
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 10 years of experience in a 5-star resort or cruise industry as Executive Chef
- Experience in hotel background and managing high-end buffets is an advantage
- HACCP and Food Safety Certification is a must
