Receptionist & Facilities Management Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth office operations and oversee maintenance, including pest control, plant care, and electrical/plumbing services.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, and handle utility bills (electricity, water)
  • Manage parking facilities and assist with lease agreements. This includes overseeing office rent and parking payments and liaising with landlords regarding any office issues.
  • Provide comprehensive receptionist services, including visitor greetings, call management, and query resolution
  • Oversee facilities' waste management and recycling programs

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
