Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth office operations and oversee maintenance, including pest control, plant care, and electrical/plumbing services.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, and handle utility bills (electricity, water)
- Manage parking facilities and assist with lease agreements. This includes overseeing office rent and parking payments and liaising with landlords regarding any office issues.
- Provide comprehensive receptionist services, including visitor greetings, call management, and query resolution
- Oversee facilities' waste management and recycling programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
