Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing. They will be hands-on in creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with our community, running ad campaigns, and optimizing our online store for SEO. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media:
- Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and curate visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers for high-quality content.
- Write engaging and persuasive captions, posts, and product descriptions.
- E-Commerce:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Optimize product listings for SEO to enhance visibility and search rankings.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- SEO & Analytics:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Track and report on website analytics, social media performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement & Community Building:
- Build and nurture an online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering relationships.
- Handle customer feedback, reviews, and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
