Personal Assistant to the Chairman (Arabic & English-speaking) 

 

Summary:  

  

 

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to serve as Personal Assistant to the CEO & Chairman for our client, Graphene Innovations Manchester (GIM) UK. GIM is at the forefront of sustainable technology, addressing global challenges such as climate change, water scarcity, and plastic pollution. 

As they expand their presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by establishing a new company, GIM Graphene Fibre, and a factory at Oxagon, NEOM, they are on a mission to build a Unicorn Business within the next 12 months. We need a committed Personal Assistant to support the CEO & Chairman of GIM Graphene Fibre. 

 

Role Definition:   

 

Location: Oxagon, NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with extensive global travel 

  • Freshers are welcomed.
  • Willingness to Travel Internationally every week.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language is an additional advantage.


 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

  • Ideation & Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to brainstorm and develop new 
  • ideas, translating high-level concepts into concrete strategies. 
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CEO's schedule, ensuring seamless 
  • coordination of meetings and appointments. 
  • Communication Management: Handle all communication and correspondence for the 
  • CEO, ensuring no detail is overlooked. 
  • Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments, facilitating 
  • efficient information flow. 
  • Travel: Arrange domestic and international travel, managing all logistics and expense 
  • claims. Ready to travel at short notice. 
  • Documentation: Draft reports, take notes, create presentations, follow up on meeting 
  • minutes and oversee contracts with precision. 
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity. 
  • Errands & Chores: Assist with personal errands, from shopping to booking fitness and 
  • meditation sessions. 
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and adaptable, ready to tackle various tasks as needed. 
  •  

Qualifications Required: 

  • Highly organized, calm under pressure and self-motivated with a strong follow-through ability. 
  • MS office. 
  • English and Arabic language. 
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to completion. 
  • Excellent communication skills with clarity and conciseness. 
  • Fast and open to learn new skills.
