Social Media and Marketing Specialist

  • Creating and implementing social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Research and identify new online media opportunities, including mobile and social media channels, blogs, and forums.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion ROI, and prepare reports.
  • Establish and maintain an effective presence on social media sites, integrating them with email campaigns, blog writing and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Attend events and campaigns for the purpose of marketing.
  • Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies.
  • Experience with video editing, visual effects, videography, photography, sound editing, and dubbing.
  • Conduct studies on audience preferences and benchmark patterns that are currently in place.
  • Communicate with followers, promptly answer their questions, and keep an eye on customer reviews (Website, Social Media, Google Reviews).
  • Track SEO and site traffic metrics.
  • Graphic design knowledge
  • Ensure consistency in the brand presence
  • Create packages on Social Media, Website.
  • Identify key influencers, celebrities, and partners with substantial social followings, reach out and connect with them, negotiate promotional deals, and come up with campaigns that will attract new customers and re-engage the existing ones.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
  • 2 or more years experience in a Social Media/ Content writing position (Travel industry/Hospitality/Creative marketing)
  • Experience in the implementation of Social Media communications and brand strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, precise and meticulous.
  • Friendly & creative personality.
  • Previous working experience in the Travel industry .
  • Passion for and keen interest in travel.
