Streamer Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Discovery:

  • Actively seek potential streamers through various online and offline channels, including social media platforms, events, and personal networks.
  • Identify individuals with charisma, unique talents, or interesting content ideas who could excel in livestreaming.
  • Stay attuned to emerging trends and niche interests that may appeal to audiences in the Middle East market.

Outreach and Communication:

  • Contact potential streamers through direct messages, email, or phone to introduce our platform.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of joining our network, including income opportunities, training, and support.
  • Address any questions or concerns potential streamers may have about livestreaming as a career.

Online Recruitment Events:

  • Organize and host online livestream events to recruit new talent.
  • Conduct live Q&A sessions to interact with potential streamers and showcase platform features.
  • Utilize the platform's "co-streaming" feature to connect with potential recruits in real time, enabling instant interaction and assessment.

Offline Recruitment Events:

  • Plan and execute offline recruitment events at popular locations in Dubai.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, expos, and meetups to connect with potential streamers.
  • Collaborate with local influencers or celebrities to increase the appeal of recruitment events.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Guide new streamers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand platform features and policies.
  • Organize training sessions to help new streamers improve their content and engagement skills.
  • Provide ongoing support to help streamers grow their audience and revenue.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Middle Eastern social media and live streaming.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify differentiation opportunities for our platform.
  • Provide insights to the management team on streamer preferences and market demands.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances in the Middle East market
