Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service:
Finding potential customers and visiting them to generate revenue and build a successful business relationship with clients.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
Promote and upsell additional products and services, such as Tour Packages & Excursion Tickets and other add-ons.
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations, both in-person and over the phone.
Ensure a seamless rental process from start to finish, including vehicle inspection and contract completion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with clients post-rental to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and vehicle availability.
Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as needed.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Vehicle Management: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental.
Monitor vehicle inventory and assist in managing fleet logistics.
Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Tourism, car rental or automotive industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and sales software.
