- Establish and maintain strong public relations within the GCC and MENA markets.

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the brand’s expansion.

- Lead brand growth and expand existing brands in GCC & MENA by recruiting new clients and driving sales.

- Oversee e-commerce efforts, including recruiting marketplace clients, organizing sales meetings, and planning events.


*Communication Skills:*

- Craft specialized communications that effectively influence outcomes or decisions.

- Develop and deliver confident and persuasive brand presentations.

- Organize events and meetings to initiate business agreements with potential clients.


*Strategic Management:*

- Conduct business analysis and coordinate with the operations and marketing departments, as well as suppliers, to maximize sales in existing stores.

- Visit and inspect stores to ensure proper operational function.

- Analyze market trends and apply insights to areas of responsibility.

- Provide statistical reports and recommendations to management and assist in developing marketing and operational plans.


*Negotiation:*

- Analyze market segments for potential new store locations and manage the launch of new brand locations, including communication and negotiation with mall leasing teams.

- Oversee store opening procedures and supervision.

- Negotiate agreements with new franchisees, distributors, and e-commerce marketplace clients.

- Ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, and rules of all existing client agreements
