Sales And Marketing Coordinator

  • Identify new sales leads through market research, social media engagement, and cold calling.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Conduct sales calls with prospects, demonstrate products, and close deals. 
  • Keep account records updated in our CRM system.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers by answering their questions and presenting new products.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up support after each sale to address concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends



Skills

  • Communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, media contacts, and industry influencers.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets for marketing and PR activities, with a track record of achieving financial targets while maximizing return on investment.
  • Proven ability to generate buzz and increase brand awareness through innovative marketing and PR campaigns, such as influencer marketing and experiential marketing.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and partnerships that deliver maximum value while minimizing costs and risks.
