What we are looking for

The Account Director is an Individual Contributor role focused on expanding our market share with existing clients. As a key player in our account management team, your mission is to exceed client expectations and drive growth.


What does the job involve

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers across specified regions, developing new business from existing clients and pursuing new sales opportunities (e.g., upselling and cross-selling).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building new relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.
  • Address client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success, Sales, and Technology) to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain significant client contact, build strong rapport, and effectively educate clients about available products.
  • Engage in senior-level discussions across various industries to provide the right solutions.


Skills

  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT/Software sales managing large accounts, driving significant deals, and demonstrating sales success in Enterprise Software Sales.
  • 5+ years of experience selling commercial software solutions.
  • Experience working with Enterprise clients, particularly in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecoms, and other large organizations in the region.
  • Established relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in the region.
  • Proven track record of selling multi-brand software solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated integrity, goal-setting abilities, process orientation, time management skills, and a strong drive to succeed
