The job profile is primarily to process the Human Resource
(HR) and Administration related aspects of the UAE
operations of the Company.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR
functions and duties including Emiratization
Maintenance of confidential and sensitive
information pertaining to HR.
Assisting in the Administration and Office
Services related functions.
Maintenance of records of staff attendance and
leaves.
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing
relevant data (deductions, leaves, etc.,)
Keeping Approved HR Policy up-to-date with
latest changes as per Local Laws.
Assisting the Resident Manager / HR manager
with formulating policies, procedures and
changes, as well as communicating all updates to
employees.
Preparing notes for approvals for all HR related
matters.
Dealing with employee requests regarding HR
issues, rules, and regulations.
Process documentation & prepare reports
relating to personnel activities (staffing,
recruitment, training, performance evaluations).
Communicating and Coordinating with
candidates and schedule interviews.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by
conducting orientation.
Processing of bills and reimbursement of
expenses to Staff.
Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports,
MIS pertaining to HR.
Liaise with Resident Manager / HR Manager /
senior administrative officials to handle requests
and queries from senior managers / Corporate
Office Bahrain / the Regulator CBUAE.
Assist in Regulatory matters related to Human
Resource and Office administration matter
Assisting in finalizing the yearly KPI exercise for
Performance Appraisal of Staff.
Creating lively environment for Human
