Core Duties of a Property Advisor:

●      Prospecting: Look for properties from landlords and sellers through Mountain Gate Realty proven system.

●      Listing: List these properties to maximize their appeal to potential clients.

●      Inquiries: Handle incoming leads for the listed properties.

●      Viewing: Schedule and conduct property viewings with full knowledge.

●      Negotiations: Receive and negotiate offers with landlords.

●      Deals: Signing of contracts between tenants and landlords or buyers and sellers.

Head points:

●      Full training provided, with no previous experience required.

●      No ceiling on growth potential.

●      Commission structure up to 70%.

●      Sales Manager will be developed within the team
