Job Overview:
As a Sales Consultant at Nathan & Nathan, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by conducting product demonstrations, creating engaging videos, and initiating sales calls. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients, ensuring a seamless and persuasive sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demos to showcase our offerings to potential clients. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of Arabic-speaking clients.
- Initial Sales Calls: Initiate and manage initial sales calls with prospective clients. Build rapport, identify client needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions. Address client inquiries, provide detailed product information, and follow up as necessary.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to help refine our sales approach and product offerings.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within HR Industry. Experience with product demonstrations and video content creation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and video creation software is advantageous.
