What you expect to do:

1. Client Follow-Up: Communicate with clients after their photoshoot to discuss their needs, gather feedback on edited photos, and address any concerns.
2. Post-Production Coordination: Coordinate with the retouching team and photographers to ensure client feedback is implemented correctly and manage any necessary revisions.
3. Sales and Upselling: Offer clients additional products or services, such as photo albums or future photoshoots, to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Complaint Resolution: Handle any complaints or issues that arise, ensuring the client is satisfied with the final results.
5. Order Management: Track client orders from post-production through to final delivery, making sure everything is completed on time and accurately.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the retouching team and photographers to ensure client expectations are met.
7. Client Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
8. Reporting: Keep records of client interactions and feedback to help improve services and processes.
