Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Transplant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hair transplant procedures and be proficient in hair transplant techniques. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Turkish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hair transplant procedures with precision and care.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of hair transplant surgeries, including graft extraction and implantation.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care and instructions to patients.
- Maintain a sterile and organized working environment.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with detailed explanations of the procedure and managing their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hair Transplant Technician.
- Proficiency in FUE hair transplant and latest techniques.
- Turkish-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
