Description
Design and implement quality control strategies to ensure high-quality products and services
Monitor and analyse quality control data, identifying trends and recommending improvements
Utilise your expertise in complex IT systems to consult, mentor and audit high-value programs and projects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Ensure quality control is integrated into the development process of all products and is aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with development project teams and stakeholders to enhance product reliability
Profile
5+ years professional experience in quality management, alongside in-depth knowledge of quality control processes, procedures and policies
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field. Certifications in ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL, and CMMI Level 2/3 are highly preferred
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
High-level problem-solving skills alongside excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification
