Team Leader, Client Services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the customer Service for HUB in Abu Dhabi.
  • Pleasantly and professionally service walk-in customers as well as be a first point of escalation for his hub.
  • Act as a liaison among customer and various internal departments and resolve any emerging bottlenecks/complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responsible for servicing internal customers as per the roles and responsibilities defined from time to time.
  • Responsible for training, coaching, and cascading information within his region.
  • Act as a point of escalation for CSD within region.
  • Responsible for coaching and training CSD in region.
  • Greeting the customer courteously, professionally with pleasing personality. Attending to their requirements diligently.
  • Providing information on Sukoon products by understanding customer requirements and executing them as per Sukoon policy.
  • Providing quotes on pre underwritten products (i.e Consumer Lines).
  • Issuing policy documents, service documents and executing other service requests accurately, efficiently and timely as per Sukoon policy and guidelines.
  • Registering customer complaints in the Complaints Management System and resolve them either directly or conjointly with other concerned departments.
  • Issuing policy documents, service documents and executing other service requests accurately, efficiently and timely as per Sukoon policy and guidelines for the defined internal customers.
  • Others as prescribed by line manager : Project, Report, Periodical Trainings, any other activity.
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the front desk area with amenities pertaining to customers are up to date.
  • Ensure the monthly conversion ratios are met.
  • Ensure reports are completed as and when required.


Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any bachelors degree.
  • 7+ years of client services work experience; 3 years team leader role.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, preferably Arabic speaker
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
