Successful and dynamic Real Estate Brokerage Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Office, telephone systems, and other front-desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Offers coffee/tea/water to the visitors
- Notifies company staff of visitor arrival
- Maintains telephone systems and takes messages to redirect them to the concerned recipient in a timely manner
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Maintaining the general office filing system, both online and offline
- Operating all office equipment regularly e.g. the copy machine, printer, computer etc.
- Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needs
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar position
- Self-motivated, proactive and organised
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently available for an interview in Dubai
