Utilise advanced analytics and data science techniques to examine large-scale workforce data sets.Build predictive models, algorithms, and analytical solutions to guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.Apply statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to analyse data, generating insights. Create visualisations and reports to clearly communicate workforce trends and metrics to stakeholders.Partner with HR, management, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven insights into organisational decision-making.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in human capital analytics.
Profile
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree in Data Science or a quantitative field is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in analytics and data science, with a specialisation in human capital or workforce analytics.Expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data visualisation tools.Experience handling human capital data and a solid understanding of workforce management policies and government regulations.Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Python/R, SQL, Alteryx, and data visualisation platforms like MS PowerBI.
