1.Maintain and update the company’s policy, procedures, developing programs and manpower planning
2. Managing all required communications relevant to UAE and Iraq personnel of the company
3. Following up with relevant Department managers training plan preparation and implementation to insure the achievement of training company’s personnel
4. Carrying out Comp & Ben and performance management programs
5. Carrying out all relevant to recruitment and selection duties
6. Handling and implementing related issues to Medical and Life Insurance or checkups for new hired staff
7. Issuing "holiday’s memos, employees timesheets, applications, job descriptions, searching for suitable trainings, Visa issuing procedures ...etc"
8. Carrying out HR Quarterly & Monthly Reports, HR & Admin Budget and Salary Planning Processes
9. Managing and operating the various HR Software Systems: Syteline, and Performance Appraisal system
10. Handling Internal & External Job Advertisements
11. Review and update of proper organization chart.
12. Assist to evaluate current benefits systems and create policies for pension and healthcare based on management direction.
13. Receive and review all timesheets of employees, ensure proper signoff and input payroll data into the payroll system to ensure employees are paid.
14. Create job descriptions or correct the existing ones.
15. Any tasks/responsibilities requested by direct or indirect reporting managers on an as needed basis.
Skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or relevant role
- Experience with HR software
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change well;
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
