We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be available for an immediate start.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and design new menus, including seasonal and special event menus.
  • Maintain the highest levels of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in various cuisines, with a strong emphasis on creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Requirements:

  • Must be available for an immediate start.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
