Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager (GCC and Global)

Job Summary:_

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the GCC countries and globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to manage import and export documentation. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work from home and travel for client meetings, with a proven track record of closing large deals.

_Key Responsibilities:_

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry in GCC countries and globally

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

- Conduct meetings with clients to negotiate and close deals

- Manage and review import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Oversee the entire dealing process, from initial contact to final delivery

- Submit weekly reports on business development activities and progress

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis to identify potential business opportunities

Skills

Requirements:_

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or a related field

- Proven track record of closing large deals and managing complex trade documentation

- Strong knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to travel for client meetings (up to 50% of the time)

_Visa and Residency Requirements:_

- Must be eligible to work in Dubai (valid UAE residence visa or willing to relocate)

- Must have a valid Emirates ID

_Preferred Qualifications:_

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Experience working in the GCC region or globally

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and market analysis

- Certification in international trade or logistics

_Work Arrangement:_

- Work from home with flexibility to travel for client meetings

- Weekly report submissions to management
