As a Commis III you are responsible for following the guidance of the superiors for the smooth operation and gets involved with all individuals in the kitchen and delivers with all efforts appropriately.
- Support the Demi Chef De Partie or Commis I in the daily operation work.
- To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors.
- Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
- Ensure the consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products.
- To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality.
Skills
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar industry
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
- High School Certificates/Diploma
- Undergraduate Degree
