Key Account Manager

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, develop strategic partnership plans and drive revenue growth.

• Ensure that existing clients are satisfied and their needs are met.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of partnership activations and events

• Develop and build strong relationships with key accounts, including sponsors and partners.

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand their business needs and ensure their satisfaction with company’s products and services.

• Ensure that all key accounts partnership agreements are mutually beneficial and meet the needs of both parties.

• Work closely with other departments including Marketing and Event Programs department to ensure that all key accounts receive the highest level of service and support.

• Monitor and analyze key accounts’ performance, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase engagement and revenue by maximizing upsell and cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage the partner relationship and oversee planning to ensure successful event delivery. Provide a detailed handover to the Event Programs department for events while maintaining close communication with the partner to ensure that their needs are met and the event is delivered to the highest standard.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports on key accounts to the Partnerships Director and the Senior Leadership team.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the events, entertainment and sports industry as well as the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and risks.

• Collaborate within the Partnerships department to ensure that all revenue targets are met and that the overall sales strategy is effective.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all key account interactions, including contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for key accounts growth and optimization of partnerships.

• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with partners to ensure that they are getting the most value out of their partnership

• Collaborate with the Business Development department to develop customized proposals and partnership opportunities for up-selling company's products that align with the key accounts’ objectives.

Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the entertainment, events and sports industry

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Highly motivated and results-driven.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
