Business Development Manager – Worldwide sales

Our expanding business is searching for a talented and highly motivated professional, with a deep understanding of prospecting, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A high-performing individual who can help us meet our customer acquisition targets and help us drive revenue growth.

As business development manager you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying key decision makers, ways of reaching them and resources to achieve the target.
  • Prioritization of available resources to achieve the target.
  • Evaluation and expansion of Samura’s business activities worldwide.
  • Active attraction of new clients and sales activities to ensure continued profitability and growth.
  • Continuous development of industry, product and competitor knowledge.
  • Plan and execute activities to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer contacts.


Skills

Our requirements

  • Real agility and “I care” attitude.
  • Proven sales experience in any other big regions like the US & Canada, Australia, Europe.
  • Preferred experience in the kitchen knife, kitchenware or Home&Living industries.
  • English MUST be as a mother tongue or on an excellent level
  • Ability to work independently and drive business results.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership capacity and a drive for continuous learning and development.


The Terms:

  • Full time contract work in Dubai
  • Fixed base salary plus sales KPI based bonuses *to be discussed individually*
