Roles & Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of fleet-related experience in UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Good English-speaking skills
- Have a good working knowledge of Excel
- Motivated and Hardworking
- Undertake regular rounds of the camp, daily review of the Occurrence book and take appropriate action where required while ensuring employees follow all rules and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or camp accommodation operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Willingness to work in remote locations and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local regulations related to transportation and accommodation services.
