We are leading property management company managing self-owned assets. The portfolio includes retail , offices and apartments and include high end assets.
The primary job responsibilities will include and shall not be limited to:
- Coordinating and supervising day to day operations in all the properties including shopping Malls.
- Follow up with vendors including security, cleaning, maintenance service providers.
- Ensuring buildings operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet the requirements of company ,tenants and customers .
- Manage tenant contractual compliances and rectify any non-compliance through official warning, lease contractual penalties, as required.
- Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, visitors in amicable manner.
- Ensure regulatory compliances.
Skills
The candidate should have
- Prior experience in Property Management specially mall management.
- Sound technical background with experience in asset Management.
- Knowledge of local rules and regulations.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
