  • Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
  • Work closely with production or construction teams to clarify design requirements and make necessary changes.
  • Create replicas of drawings and documentation packages using appropriate duplication methods and required mediums and specifications for reproduction, such as blueprinting or photography.
  • Create materials lists based on calculations of required materials' quality, cost, strength, and quantity.

Skills

  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Solid foundation in mathematics with the ability to apply it to technical designs.
  • Strong critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in mathematical calculations and formulas relevant to the job.
