  • Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Conduct market research and discussions to understand the state of the market and recognize the perfect moment to amplify business growth
  • With an emphasis on client satisfaction by building long-term relationships, an account manager portrays the primary duty of acting as the go-to person for handling accounts and clients assigned to him, and assist them with any queries.
  • Create a structural arrangement to facilitate periodic client calls, prepare relevant presentations and conduct important meetings while ensuring that the clients are supplied with reports regularly.

Strong Knowledge of SaaS Market

Ability to drive Renewals and increase Business from current and new accounts

Role is based in Dubai and will need someone with a UAE Drivers License

Fully remote working with in person meetings in office when required
