We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our office operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Arrangement:
- Organize, file, and maintain documents both in physical and digital formats.
- Ensure efficient retrieval of documents as needed by the team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Expense Entry:
- Accurately enter expense data into our accounting software.
- Reconcile credit card statements and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Invoice Issuing:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients or customers.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Customer Service:
- Contact the customers to arrange the delivery.
- Deal with the customer's complain and requests.
- Arrange the customer payments and follow up the status.
