- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers regarding the features, benefits, and applications of various tools and hardware items.
- Demonstrate product functionalities and usage to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to use the products effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring products are neatly displayed and adequately stocked.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
