Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. You will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs.

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Ensure the selection of top talent that aligns with our company culture and values.

  • Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns. Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Performance Management:

Manage performance review processes, providing guidance and support to managers in setting goals, giving feedback, and implementing development plans.

  • Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development. Design and implement learning programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

Administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensure competitive pay structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

  • Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

  • Culture and Engagement:

Promote a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and diversity. Organize team-building activities and initiatives that enhance employee engagement.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR , preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
