- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the client's business objectives.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging industry connections to attract top-tier talent.
- Perform thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.
Skills
Preference:
- Deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including its regulatory environment, market trends, and key challenges.
- Proven track record in successfully recruiting C-suite and senior executive roles, particularly within the banking or financial sectors.
- Proficiency in using advanced recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing and engaging candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for C-suite or senior executive roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
