Job Summary:

Odit International Travel and Tourism is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, enhancing our online presence, and attracting customers to our travel services. The specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring analytics.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings through SEO. Manage SEM campaigns on Google and other search engines to increase website traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and online campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant digital partners to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular research on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with travel industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
