  • Must Have 1+ year of sale experience and Marketing standard of UAE
  • Proficient in English, Hindi.
  • Use market analysis and industry expertise to set competitive prices for properties.
  • Develop detailed lists of properties available for lease, outlining their location, features, and square footage to assist with client decision-making.
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
  • Driving License and car are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Arabic(Preferred)
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently persuade others, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Avoid the overuse of slang and industry jargon.
  • IT skills, such as email and using databases
