This position will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including, but not limited to:
- Process, coordinate, and track project orders & documentation.
- Monitor and track sales enquiries and sales pipeline.
- Support the projects sales team and coordinate sales order pricing, deliveries, and logistics.
- Manage inter-departmental coordination for projects.
- Ensure prompt communication with customers and resolve queries on timely basis.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, requirements, and strategy implementation.
- Organize, attend, minute and follow-up team meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM as required.
- Generate reports & forecasts.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in project sales coordination required.
- Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience and working knowledge of Sage X3 & Zoho CRM preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & Word required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Written and spoken fluency in English required.
