Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Consultant to join our team, specializing in providing strategic marketing consultation services to the restaurant sector. The ideal candidate will also possess the versatility to extend their expertise to a wide array of other industries, such as retail, hospitality, FMCG, and professional services. The Marketing Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, develop innovative marketing strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes through targeted campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation for Restaurants:
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for restaurants, cafes, and food chains to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
  • Advise on brand positioning, menu promotion, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online food ordering platforms.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competition, and market trends specific to the restaurant industry.


Cross-Industry Marketing Solutions:

  • Provide strategic marketing consultation services for clients in other industries, including retail, hospitality, and FMCG.
  • Adapt marketing approaches to fit various industries and ensure alignment with clients’ unique business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts through KPIs and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, recommendations, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.


Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies across the restaurant sector and other industries.
  • Analyze competitors’ activities, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven recommendations.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions to clients.
  • Provide leadership in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing consulting, preferably with experience in the restaurant sector and other industries.
  • Proven success in designing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.



Skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the UAE or MENA region.
  • High fluency in Arabic and English
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Very good presentation and reporting skills
