Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing information to responsible employees.
- Ensure administrative and operational needs of the company are met.
- Organize the reception and service of visitors.
- Coordinate employee activities, including booking tickets and hotels for business trips, as well as organizing transfers.
- Provide logistical and document support for colleagues' business trips, including finding necessary services (exchanges, banks, visa centers, etc.).
- Interact with service providers and contractors.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in PC (Word, Excel) and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Principle of "said-done": if a task cannot be completed, it is necessary to inform in advance and specify the reason.
- Responsibility, teamwork skills, diligence, stress resilience, and organizational skills.
