Sales Executive

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for valves, pumps, and mechanical products, and related services within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Regular customer visits to understand the requirements of the clients. 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in valves, pumps, and mechanical products, is a MUST.
  • Strong technical knowledge of valves, pumps, and related mechanical products is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in sales of valves, pumps, or similar mechanical products.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
