Job Opportunity: Customer Service / Sales Support Executive
We are a leading company specializing in innovative adhesive tape solutions and are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Support/Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to our sales team and manage customer service operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain and enhance customer relationships, follow up on project pipelines, and coordinate related activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and manage paperwork and administrative tasks, including handling customs operation documents, placing and receiving orders, tracking shipments, managing inventory, following up on payments.

Skills
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE in a sales support or customer service role.
- UAE driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in CRM softwares is essential.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic or other languages being a plus.
- Experience in specialty chemicals, adhesives, tapes, or fields such as construction, facades and aluminum, or water tanks markets is a plus, but not mandatory.
