Head of Talent Acquisition – Arabic Speaking

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts for an aviation company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within fast-paced industries. This leadership role will be critical in shaping the company's talent strategy, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s growth and workforce planning goals

- Lead the recruitment process for key roles across the organization, with a focus on senior and technical positions

- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and efficient hiring process

- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development

- Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to remain competitive in attracting top talent


Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and English

- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven experience in recruitment within the aviation or related industries is highly desirable

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

- Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics

- Experience managing talent acquisition for large-scale operations, including technical and specialized roles

- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment performance and optimize talent acquisition strategies

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices in the UAE and GCC region

- Expertise in building and managing recruitment pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs
