Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel & Tourism Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a strong understanding of both operational management and customer service excellence. A solid knowledge of Schengen visa application processes is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the travel and tourism department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Manage and coordinate with team members to ensure all tours, bookings, and travel arrangements are executed flawlessly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure top-quality services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations and company policies.
