Warehouse Supervisor
Reports to: Senior Manager – Warehouse
Job Purpose:
To supervise warehouse operations based on global warehousing standards. Responsible for warehouse resource planning, WH Helpers / Pickers / Checkers, Forklift Operators performance and KPI monitoring, Warehouse shift operation and Order Fulfilment to Boutiques / Cafes / B2B / Export / Franchise.
Key Accountabilities:
Operations
- Ensure proper food safety practices are maintained by following all policies and procedures of company
- Direct the operations of the assigned work team to achieve prescribed objectives
- Conduct shift meetings and other departments meetings to Plan work schedules
- Assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads
- Conduct staff meetings to relay general information or to address specific topics, such as safety, people issues etc.
- Daily Attendance monitoring, reporting absenteeism and overtime recording
- Collaborate with team members and managers to solve work-related problems
- Prepare and maintain work records and reports of information such as employee time and wages, daily receipts, order fulfilment or inspection results
- Incoming shipments - arrange offloading, Pallet stickers, shrink wrap, recording shipment arrival details, quality check (expiry, batch no. and damage), discrepancy report, GRN
- To ensure the stock inventory is managed in the respective storage zones and bins, conduct stock cycle count regularly
- Delivery Note, Transfer of stock, manual invoices, sample, issuing as per authorization and updating the system
- Accountability of physical Stock and periodic cycle counts of entire warehouse
- To arrange for picking, checking, and packing of all the transfer request from Boutiques/ Cafes/Franchise/B2B/Horeca/Jomara etc
- Monitoring order picking output and ensures picking, checking, packing is completed on time
- To coordinate with transport for vehicles as per the requirement for delivery
- Allocating, checking, and monitoring the delivery loading accuracy of the vehicles for dispatch
- To arrange for returns, spoilage and damages, expiry, near expiry, slow, non-moving stocks, updating the same and reporting
- Near Expiry stock status reporting to concerned on monthly basis
Health and safety
- Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulations
- Warehouse maintenance and Housekeeping across the warehouse.
- Maintaining temperature logs and warehouse housekeeping
- Ensure compliance of all Quality, Safety requirements as per legal requirements and company policy.
- Maintains a neat and tidy working environment, free from aisle obstruction, minimizing working hazards and potential risks.
- Responsible for the safety of all team members, reporting all incidents and accidents immediately to line managers.
- Exposure to varying temperature storage areas, Frozen, Chiller, Ambient and dry temperatures. Which is from -18 degrees to + 40 and above in summer.
- Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as lifting, balancing, reaching, stooping, and the manual handling of a wide variety of different materials.
Skills
Experience requirement:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Food/FMCG in Warehouse Supervisor position
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language

- Graduate preferred
- Undergraduate Degree
- Occupational Health Card
