The HR and Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions within an organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support in conflict resolution.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Support administrative functions such as office management and supply procurement.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to assist management in decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive workplace culture.
